Narin Özer
She completed the Clinical Psychology undergraduate program at Shahid Beheshti University with a full scholarship in 2015. In 2019, she graduated with high honors from the Clinical Psychology Master’s Program at Üsküdar University. During her graduate studies, she volunteered at NP Feneryolu Medical Center under the supervision of Dr. Cengiz Demirsoy, working with clients diagnosed with Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety Disorders. She attended physician/psychologist consultations as an observer in ÇEMATEM and AMATEM units at Erenköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital. At ÇEMATEM, she worked as a co-therapist in SAMBA group sessions with children and adolescents and participated in the clinical evaluations and rounds conducted by Prof. Dr. Özalp Ekinci. She also completed a volunteer internship at the Green Crescent Counseling Center (YEDAM) and joined the supervisions of Prof. Dr. Kültegin Ögel. Her compulsory internship was carried out at NP Istanbul Brain Hospital in the psychosis and addiction units. During her graduate studies, she took part in the Türkiye Mental Health Addiction Profile Project at Üsküdar University, where she was responsible for the data collection process in the Anatolia Region. Between 2018–2019, she worked as a psychologist at “Melodi Special Education Center” and began seeing clients independently.
